Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of loopedbelt.com and any purchase you make from Looped ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. Who We Are

Looped sells the Looped™ belt loop accessory — a small elastic accessory that slips over an existing belt to hold down excess belt length. We sell direct to consumers through this website and take custom and branded orders through our quote form.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if:

• The item is out of stock
• A price or product description was listed in error
• Payment is declined, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent
• We cannot ship to your address

Check your colorway and pack size before paying. Once an order enters fulfillment we may not be able to change it, though we will always try — reach us via our contact form as soon as you can.

3. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out you are taken to a Stripe-hosted page and your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms.

By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Your card is charged when the order is placed. Every charge appears on your statement under our merchant name, not a third party's.

If something is wrong with your order, email us before filing a chargeback. Nearly every problem is faster to fix directly, and we would rather solve it than dispute it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders at this time.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
• You receive tracking by email once your order ships

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will sort it out with you.

6. Custom & Branded Orders

Bulk and branded orders are quoted individually and governed by the written quote we send you, which controls over these terms where the two conflict. Custom orders require approval of a proof before production and typically need a deposit.

You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo or artwork you send us, and you confirm that our using it to fulfill your order does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Product Use

Looped™ is a clothing accessory. Use it as described. It is not safety equipment, not a load-bearing strap, and not a tool — do not use it to carry, secure, lift, or restrain anything. Keep small parts away from young children.

8. Intellectual Property

The Looped name and logo, this website, and its text, photography, and design are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for any rights your local consumer law gives you, our products and this website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under non-waivable consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any order or from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except where your local consumer law entitles you to bring a claim where you live.
